Ladies On The Run was founded by myself Angela Hesse-Owusu of British-Ghanaian background. I am committed to empowering women and my community and I hope I serve you all very well.

Where in the UK does Ladies On The Run deliver?

The Ladies On The Run Store delivers to all UK mainland postcodes and Ireland and Northern Ireland. We deliver to all UK postcodes via Royal Mail and our courier partner DHL. Shipping costs to Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland are higher, please select the correct shipping rate at the checkout. When will I get my delivery?

All delivery times are calculated on the basis of business days and can be seen on the selected shipping rate at the checkout. Ladies On The Run Store appreciates that you usually require your goods as soon as possible. If your order is of a very urgent nature, where possible we will do our utmost to fulfil your wish. What happens if the items are damaged or faulty upon delivery?

We do our utmost that you receive your items in perfect condition and do quality check all items before sent for delivery. However, we appreciate that accidents can occur during transit.
If you do receive a damaged item rendering it unusable please get in contact with us via email (support@ladiesontherun.co.uk) or telephone 020 34881015 and we will ensure we solve the issue immediately.

How do I get a refund on my order?

We are happy to issue a full refund on your unused or faulty items if you return the items securely within 14 days from delivery. Please contact us on support@ladiesontherun.co.uk or telephone 020 34881015 to arrange your return.

There’s an item I would like to order but I can not see the item listed on your store? 

The Ladies On The Run aim is to constantly add new Afro- Caribbean Hair and Skincare products so that we cater for ALL your needs. We are working hard and fast to expand our product portfolio.
