Refund policy

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

In the first instance, please email support@ladiesontherun.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return or fault. We will then arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

 

We may ask for you to ship your items to us where we will arrange collection via our courier partner DHL and handle shipping fees. Please ensure you include your despatch note. If you do not have your despatch note or invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number, and reason for return.

 

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged, please return the items within 28 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

 

If you wish to cancel your order please notify Ladies On The Run Hair & Skincare Club by phone or email within 3 days and return all goods in original condition with 7 days.

 

Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.

 

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect order, Ladies On The Run Hair & Skincare Club will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
